Job summary

RBC Bearings in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager to lead outsourced material activities for marine or aerospace hydraulic programs. You will liaise with Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Procurement and Planning to ensure material availability, cost control, supplier schedule adherence and risk mitigation across the product lifecycle.

The SCPM drives supply chain execution for complex hydraulic components to support production requirements and coordinates

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Program Management, Material Management, Supply Chain, Planning, or Procurement.
Experience managing material requirements for engineered products and regulated industries.
Proven success leading cross-functional teams and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

Own material budgets, risk identification and mitigation across programs.
Provide risk assessments and reporting on material availability and supplier performance.
Lead cross-functional teams to resolve shortages and expedite actions.
Support customer reviews and program management discussions on supply chain readiness.
Develop and execute material strategies to ensure continuity of supply.
