Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Magna, Utah, is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Specialist at Level 2 or 3 to support procurement and supplier collaboration in a mission-critical setting. You will interface with suppliers, track Purchase Orders, and lead weekly status meetings with Global Supply Chain teams while coordinating across programs.

This role requires a degree with related experience and the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience in supplier management and procurement processes.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR requirements.
• ERP systems experience, preferably Deltek Costpoint.
• Experience in the Aerospace or Aviation industry.

Responsibilities

• Support Procurement commodity teams with supply chain related tasks.
• Interface with Suppliers for Purchase Order delivery status and oversight, including weekly open order reports.
• Maintain current Purchase Order delivery dates and provide status for program visibility.
• Conduct and lead weekly/bi-weekly status meetings with Suppliers and Global Supply Chain functions.
• Collaborate with Buyers, Programs and other organizations within and outside Global Supply Chain.
• Plan schedules and arrange activities to accomplish objectives.
