A1J Technologies, LLC is seeking a Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to lead procurement, supplier management, material planning, inventory control, receiving, logistics, and outside processing coordination to support manufacturing operations and customer delivery commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of 7 years in manufacturing supply chain, purchasing, logistics, inventory management, or related operations.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, supplier management, material planning, receiving, inventory control, and logistics.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing purchasing processes.
• Understanding of manufacturing material flow, outside processing, and production scheduling dependencies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Ability to develop standardized departmental procedures and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead purchasing, supplier management, receiving, inventory control, material handling, logistics, and shipping functions.
• Develop sourcing strategies balancing availability, quality, supplier reliability, cost, and lead times.
• Establish purchasing procedures, approvals, and procurement controls.
• Oversee RFQs, purchase orders, supplier acknowledgments, and delivery commitments.
• Negotiate supplier pricing, lead times, payment terms, and contracts.
• Coordinate with Master Scheduler and Manufacturing leadership on priorities.
• Develop supplier scorecards and conduct performance reviews.
• Monitor material requirements, inventory availability, and lead times.
• Coordinate material availability for urgent jobs and changes.
• Ensure ERP transactions are accurate and traceability is maintained.
• Establish standardized inventory controls and cycle-count programs.
• Oversee receiving, material traceability, and shipping processes.
• Maintain visibility into shortages, risks, and recovery plans.
