Accelera in Ogden, UT is seeking a reliable Supply Chain Technical Coordinator to support aerospace and defense operations. The role focuses on maintaining material flow, proper receiving, storage, and distribution to keep production on schedule.

The position requires experience with SAP S/4, Microsoft 365, and physical warehouse tasks, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 12-month contract at a pay rate of $21.42/hour. Potential for conversion to a permanent role exists.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience or additional education.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4 for goods receiving and issuing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to balance clerical duties with physical tasks.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Mansioni

• Manage intake, storage, movement, and distribution of materials and equipment.
• Verify weights and quantities to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Draft shipping documents and bills of lading.
• Direct materials to correct locations to improve organization.
• Assemble production kits to meet manufacturing deadlines.
• Deliver supplies to the shop floor to support operations.
• Maintain supply chain records using computer software.
