Job summary

NEOTech is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Plano to develop and execute end-to-end strategies for aerospace manufacturing. You will lead procurement, planning, inventory control, and logistics to meet program timelines and regulatory requirements.

Lead a cross-functional team, implement ERP/MRP, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain while ensuring supplier compliance and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace supply chain or defense manufacturing.
• Knowledge of AS9100, ITAR, FAR/DFAR regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with aerospace production schedules.
• Manage procurement, vendor selection, negotiation, and strategic sourcing for aerospace materials.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production to ensure supplier compliance.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels, lead times, and material flow.
• Lead and mentor a team of buyers, planners, logistics staff.
• Establish KPIs to track cost savings and supplier performance.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and customs compliance.
• Maintain relationships with strategic suppliers and drive supplier development.
• Coordinate with program managers to support on-time delivery.
• Implement ERP/MRP systems to support planning and reporting.
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field

Master’s degree preferred
