Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 7+ years in aerospace/regulated manufacturing supply chain leadership.
• Experience implementing dual-source strategies and supplier performance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and supply chain for aerospace wire and cable manufacturing.
• Develop dual-source strategies to mitigate risk and improve continuity.
• Manage raw materials procurement including metals and composites.
• Identify cost savings and achieve PPV targets.
• Ensure AS9100 compliance for supplier management and traceability.
• Maintain material certifications and test reports for aerospace quality.
• Oversee inventory planning and logistics, including freight management.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Planning teams to resolve issues.
• Drive corrective actions for supplier nonconformances and shortages.
• Support outside processing requirements and ERP/MRP analytics.
