TE Wire & Cable LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks an experienced Aerospace Supply Chain Manager in Saddle Brook, NJ to lead procurement, logistics, and supplier management within a regulated aerospace environment.

You will drive dual-source strategies for critical materials, manage long-lead-time components, and optimize inventory and freight. Collaboration with Quality, Engineering and Planning is essential to maintain material traceability and on-time production.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
7+ years in aerospace supply chain/procurement/logistics leadership.
Experience with long-lead-time materials and dual-source strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead procurement, logistics, inventory and supplier management in aerospace wire and cable manufacturing.
Develop dual-source strategies to mitigate risk and improve supply continuity.
Ensure AS9100 compliance and maintain material certifications/test reports.
Manage inventory planning for high-value, long-lead-time materials.
Oversee freight, carrier optimization, and logistics performance analysis.
Lead supplier audits, corrective actions, and supplier development initiatives.
Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Operations and Planning to resolve shortages and supplier issues.
