Qualifications

• 7+ years in aerospace, wire and cable, or regulated manufacturing supply chain leadership.
• Experience implementing dual-source strategies for critical materials.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 supplier quality requirements and material traceability.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and supply chain activities for aerospace wire and cable manufacturing operations.
• Develop and execute dual-source strategies to mitigate risk and improve supply continuity.
• Manage raw materials procurement (bare wire, metals, alloys) and inventory planning.
• Identify cost savings opportunities and achieve PPV targets.
• Ensure supplier management, certifications, and traceability per AS9100.
• Oversee logistics: freight, warehousing, transportation, and carrier optimization.
• Drive supplier development, audits, and performance reviews; resolve nonconformances.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Planning to resolve issues.
