Airbus Americas, Inc. in Mobile, Alabama is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Analyst to support end-to-end KPI reporting, data analytics, and digitization projects for the FAL Operations team. You will drive performance analyses and deliver data-driven insights to leaders at the Mobile site.

The role emphasizes PDCA-based improvement, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and hands-on coaching to elevate data literacy and analytics capabilities across the department.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in operational analysis, organizational engineering, data analytics, or production management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain & Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Proven track record as a Data Analyst in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Generate KPIs to support the Supply Chain Operations team and ensure data transparency.
• Regularly report KPIs in governance meetings and leadership reviews.
• Develop PDCA recovery plans with business leaders when needed.
• Lead design, testing, and implementation of digital projects for the Supply Chain Operations perimeter.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance data analysis skills.
