Airbus Americas, Inc. in Mobile, AL, seeks a Data Excellence Manager for the FAL Mobile team to lead data analytics efforts, manage the local data portfolio, and define standard data objects and data products.

You will drive data quality, deploy AI/ML solutions, and translate complex analyses into actionable insights for leadership. A Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in data or process implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of industrial build processes, lean manufacturing, and data management.
• Experience with big data analytics platforms, cloud computing, and AI/ML technologies.
• Ability to define KPIs, BO dictionaries/models, and standard ways of working.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FAL Mobile Data Analytics network as local data officer and product owner.
• Drive data quality across the A320 FAL Mobile data lifecycle to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Evaluate and implement best practices for data structures, tools, and processes.
• Innovate data transformation, engineering, and analytics methods.
• Perform complex analyses using AI/ML to optimize operations and provide actionable insights.
