Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. in Mobile, AL seeks a Data Excellence Manager FAL Mobile to lead data analytics for the manufacturing team. You will manage the local data portfolio, define data objects, and support data products and analytics initiatives as part of Ramp Up and Transformation efforts.

You will drive data quality across the data lifecycle, research best practices, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership while mentoring internal analysts and collaborating with PMT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience on data or process implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of industrial build processes and data management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FAL Mobile Data Analytics network and act as local data officer.
• Define requirements for standard data objects, data products, and analytics.
• Drive data quality across A320 FAL Mobile lifecycle.
• Research and implement best practices for data lifecycle structures and tools.
• Perform complex analyses using statistics, AI/ML, and predictive models.
• Translate data insights into clear business recommendations for leadership.
• Coach analysts on platforms, capacity, and tool selection.
• Collaborate with PMT teams to define processes and KPIs.
• Stay current with data engineering and analytics trends.
