Job summary

Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company is seeking a Supply Chain Business Analyst to design, develop, and implement advanced data analytics, reporting solutions, and analytical tools that enable effective supply chain decision‑making. This role partners with leadership, IT, engineering, finance, and PMO to deliver actionable data supporting procurement, planning, inventory, and supplier management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Must comply with ITAR regulations.
• 5+ years in advanced data analytics or supply chain analytics.
• Strong Excel and Power BI proficiency.
• Experience with data modeling and automated reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting for supply chain.
• Translate requirements into scalable data solutions across procurement, planning, inventory.
• Develop KPI reporting, forecasts, and supplier analytics.
• Analyze data to identify trends and provide recommendations.
• Support implementation and optimization of IFS.
• Provide end-user training and documentation.
