Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company (EBAD) is seeking a Supply Chain Business Analyst to design, develop, and implement advanced data analytics, reporting solutions, and tools across procurement, planning, inventory, supplier management, and sourcing. The role partners with Supply Chain leadership, IT, Engineering, Finance, and PMO to deliver trusted, compliant data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Supply Chain.
• 5+ years of experience in advanced data analytics or supply chain analytics.
• Experience with data modeling, dashboards, and automated reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data models, dashboards, and analytics for supply chain decisions.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable data solutions for procurement, planning, inventory, and sourcing.
• Develop automated KPI reporting, forecasts, and supplier analytics.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for strategic decisions.
• Support KPI definitions, reporting methodologies, and practices across teams.
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders on ERP/MRP (IFS) implementation and optimization.
• Provide end-user training and support for analytics tools and dashboards.
• Continuously seek process improvements and greater data visibility.
