Job summary

Sky Limit Systems is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the supply chain. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business analytics, supply chain analytics, data analytics, or a related discipline
• Advanced experience developing data models, dashboards, analytical solutions, and automated reporting
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, planning, inventory management, forecasting, supplier management, and strategic sourcing
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Experience with SQL, data transformation, or other data analytics/programming tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and lead analytical projects from requirements through implementation

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, analytics, and automated reporting solutions supporting supply chain operations
• Translate supply chain requirements into scalable data and business intelligence solutions
• Develop KPI reporting, inventory analysis, materials forecasts, supplier performance analytics, spend analysis, and cost reporting
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and root causes
• Develop cost, spend, component forecast, and supplier analytics to support procurement and strategic sourcing decisions
• Partner with Supply Chain and IT teams to implement, enhance, and optimize IFS Cloud
• Support data integration from ERP/MRP systems into analytical and reporting platforms
• Standardize KPI definitions, data requirements, reporting methodologies, and analytical practices
• Provide training and support to end users on dashboards, reporting tools, data models, and updated processes
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain visibility, automation, data quality, and operational efficiency

Join a growing aerospace and defense organization as a Supply Chain Analyst supporting data-driven decision-making across the supply chain. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced analyst who combines strong data analytics and business intelligence skills with a solid understanding of supply chain operations.

In this role, you'll develop dashboards, reporting solutions, data models, and analytical tools that improve visibility and decision-making across procurement, planning, inventory, supplier management, and strategic sourcing. You'll work closely with Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, Finance, and Program Management teams to turn complex data into actionable insights and process improvements.

This role will also play an important part in an upcoming transition to IFS Cloud, including supporting system implementation, developing supply chain reporting and tools, and creating training and work instructions for end users.

• Experience with IFS, IFS Cloud, or similar ERP/MRP platforms
• Experience integrating ERP/MRP data into Power BI or other analytical solutions
• Experience developing forecasting models, predictive analytics, or advanced analytics
• Experience with cost, spend, pricing, or supplier analytics
• Experience automating reporting and business workflows
• Working knowledge of PFEP, SIOP, MRP, materials planning, procurement, inventory optimization, and manufacturing operations
