You will perform thorough inspections, supplier audits, and assessments, collaborating with engineering, procurement, and operations to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.

A bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, or a related field and 2+ years of supplier quality experience are expected; familiarity with ISO 9001

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, supply chain, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in supplier quality, quality assurance, or related function (preferably in technology, aerospace, or manufacturing).
• Working knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001), supplier audits, and corrective action processes.
• Familiarity with key business drivers and company processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections and quality checks on incoming components, materials, and finished products from suppliers.
• Conduct supplier audits and assessments to evaluate quality systems and compliance.
• Review supplier documentation, including certifications and test reports, for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with suppliers to address non-conformances and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and participate in supplier qualification activities.
