Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• 3+ years’ experience in Supplier Quality Assurance with a strong technical background.
• Solid GD&T knowledge and measurement system analysis experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% (mostly domestic).
• Strong problem solving and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency with MS Office and enterprise systems (SAP/ENOVIA/CAMS).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs, SCMEs, customers, and suppliers to resolve supplier quality issues using engineering data.
• Lead supplier quality improvement projects with minimal oversight and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Perform supplier oversight activities including audits, source inspections, and FAI validation.
• Drive RCCA activities and provide input for CAB meetings.
• Cross-train team members and deepen understanding of manufacturing technologies.
