Job summary

Elbit America is seeking a Supplier Quality Specialist II to ensure supplier parts and services meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will perform inspections, supplier audits, and review documentation to drive conformity.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, and operations, maintain records, and lead corrective actions to improve supplier performance and support new product introductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, supply chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of supplier quality/quality assurance experience (aerospace/manufacturing preferred).
• Working knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001), supplier audits, and CAPA processes.
• Familiarity with key business drivers and company processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and quality checks on incoming components, materials, and finished products from suppliers, using measurement tools and inspection techniques.
• Conduct supplier audits and assessments to evaluate quality systems and processes.
• Review supplier documentation, certifications, test reports, inspection records, and quality plans for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with suppliers to address non-conformances and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
