Job summary

• Experience with customer flow down requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of Spirit Suppliers globally and ensure quality through the life cycle of the products
• Meet deadlines of supplier audits, discrepancy resolution and Supplier Improvement Initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal/external customers and suppliers at all levels
• Establish the program organization and work breakdown structures; ensure reporting and communication for the program
• Report program performance and maintain the communication plan
