Job summary

RTX is seeking a quality professional to lead supplier issue resolution onsite at our Tucson facility, interfacing with Raytheon factories to drive rapid root-cause analysis and corrective actions. You will analyze nonconformance metrics, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support containment of suspect hardware while ensuring rigorous documentation and compliance with DoD security requirements.

This role requires U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field and 5+ years in Quality/Operations/Engineering
• Experience with RCCA tools and processes
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 QMS
• Experience with hardware inspection techniques and interpreting drawings
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance (citizenship required)

Responsibilities

• Lead rapid resolution of supplier-caused issues impacting the factory
• Represent supplier assurance as the onsite interface to Raytheon factories
• Analyze material non-conformance metrics and develop action plans
• Investigate issues with supplied material and ensure root-cause is addressed
• Assist with quarantine, containment and screening of suspect hardware
