Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company in Moorpark, CA seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer to lead supplier quality activities and ensure parts meet specifications. Reporting to the Manager, Supplier Development, you will implement quality plans, perform supplier audits, and drive corrective actions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, at least five years of QA experience, knowledge of AS9100/NADCAP, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of Quality Assurance experience.
• Experience with AS9100 and NADCAP.
• Proficient interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T (ASME Y14.5).
• Strong problem solving, RCCA and 5-why analysis skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Implement quality management plans for supplier quality.
• Perform supplier audits and drive CAPA actions.
• Support supplier selection and ASL management.
• Utilize QA/QC tools to measure supplier performance.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering and Operations.
• Analyze data, create reports and drive continuous improvement.
