Job summary

Safran seeks a Supplier Performance and Quality Manager to oversee the operational performance, quality, capacity, risk management, and continuity of assigned suppliers. You will collaborate with procurement, quality, engineering, and purchasing to ensure compliance with high Safran standards and to support production goals.

Responsibilities include leading supplier performance reviews, audits, risk analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Industrialization, or Quality management, preferably in aerospace.
• Experience managing supplier performance in industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supplier performance and quality across logistics and production goals.
• Lead supplier surveillance plans, audits, and risk assessments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and supplier development programs.
• Lead crisis management and RCCA problem-solving with cross-functional teams.
• Support supplier selection, audits, and governance reporting.
