Job summary

ExoTerra designs and manufactures propulsion systems for spacecraft, expanding capabilities and missions across the space sector. We seek a Supplier Performance Manager to drive supplier execution, quality, and readiness, ensuring material availability and supplier reliability in support of program commitments.

You will monitor delivery, lead times, NCRs, and Concessions, while coordinating with Quality, Engineering, and Subcontracts to resolve issues and implement recovery plans.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in supply chain, supplier management, manufacturing operations, or quality execution.
• Experience working with aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing suppliers preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Monitor OTD, lead time adherence, and material readiness.
• Track quality performance including NCRs, escapes, corrective actions, and concessions.
• Maintain supplier performance dashboards and scorecards.
• Identify at-risk suppliers early and initiate recovery actions.
• Lead supplier recovery plans for late, quality-impacted, or capacity-constrained suppliers.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Subcontracts on issue resolution.
• Escalate unresolved supplier risks to Supply Chain leadership and Program Management.
• Support new supplier onboarding, readiness reviews, and supplier qualification.
• Coordinate source inspections and quality surveillance activities.
• Ensure suppliers are compliant with flowed-down requirements (quality, delivery, documentation).
• Support ISO / AS9100 audit readiness related to supplier performance controls.
• Support Supply Chain and Operations Manager with tracking PO execution and delivery status.
