A leading deep-tech company is seeking a Supplier Development Engineer in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will enhance supplier performance and address quality and delivery challenges within the aerospace sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in supply chain and manufacturing engineering, along with solid skills in CAD and data analysis. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $170,000 annually, along with bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing engineering.
• Proficient in CAD tools such as SolidWorks, NX, or CATIA.
• Strong skills in Excel and data analysis.
• Familiar with PLM or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Audit supplier processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct audits to root cause supplier quality issues.
• Assess and improve supplier capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance on part specifications.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics.
• Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain.
• Support new product introduction by ensuring supplier compliance.
