Qualifications
7+ years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing engineering.
Proficient in CAD tools such as SolidWorks, NX, or CATIA.
Strong skills in Excel and data analysis.
Familiar with PLM or ERP systems.
Responsibilities
Audit supplier processes to identify improvement opportunities.
Conduct audits to root cause supplier quality issues.
Assess and improve supplier capabilities.
Provide technical guidance on part specifications.
Monitor supplier performance metrics.
Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain.
Support new product introduction by ensuring supplier compliance.
