Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or process engineering.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T confidently.
• Experience in supplier development and auditing.

Responsibilities

• Audit supplier processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct on-site audits to resolve quality issues.
• Assess and improve supplier capabilities aligned with operations.
• Provide technical support on specifications and standards.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans.
• Identify risks in supply chain for uninterrupted production.
• Support new product introductions by ensuring supplier compliance.
