Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a hands-on technician to assist transition from development to production, fabricate and repair cable harnesses, install aerospace fasteners, and support launch operations. The role requires experience in assembling and forming structures, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to read engineering drawings.

The position offers travel about 25% and relocation support, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in aerospace, mechanical, or related fields.
• Willingness to travel approx. 25%.

Responsibilities

• Assist transition from development to production, including qualification schedules.
• Fabricate and repair cable harnesses, install aerospace fasteners, drilling, riveting, and sealing.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and diagnose malfunctions.
• Support vehicle/launch operations with harness installations.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for area safety and efficiency.
