Jupiter Engrg in Jupiter, FL is seeking a Lead Structures Engineer to provide technical leadership in structural analysis and development across aerospace programs. This role leads strength, fatigue, fracture mechanics, and structural dynamics efforts to ensure designs meet performance, safety, and qualification requirements.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in aerospace structural analysis and has a strong track record of leading complex technical work from concept through validation.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of strength, fatigue, and fracture mechanics analysis.
• Skilled with structural dynamic analysis (modal, random vibration, shock).
• Ability to lead and oversee structural and dynamic analyses and peer reviews.
• Proactive in establishing/ managing analysis schedules to meet milestones.
• Strong collaboration with internal/external customers and stakeholders.
• Experience in presenting clear technical analyses and recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Lead structural analysis activities across development programs (strength, fatigue, fracture mechanics).
• Provide technical oversight and peer review for structural/dynamic analyses.
• Develop structural solutions satisfying performance, reliability, and certification expectations.
• Mentor and guide other engineers in analytical methods and best practices.
