Job summary

Renaissance Strategic Advisors, based in Arlington, VA, seeks a Commercial Aerospace Analyst to join our team. The role centers on research, data modeling, and tracking trends across aerospace, defense, and government services.

You will build fleet forecast models in Excel, distill insights into client-ready analyses, and present findings to senior leadership. A 1–3+ year background plus strong writing and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of work experience in the aerospace sector
• Strong academic background with Engineering or Business/Economics
• Strong business writing and client communication skills
• Comfort with rudimentary data analysis and visualization methods
• Applicants must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Perform primary- and secondary-source research using industry databases, trades, news, company reports, industry reports and other sources as needed
• Create, manage, and maintain excel-based aircraft fleet forecast market models and platform databases
• Track relevant commercial aerospace, business & GA, advanced air mobility (AAM) and rotary-wing technology, competitive and industry trends
• Assist in distilling data into discrete analyses to be incorporated into larger reports
• Deliver/communicate reports and findings to client management and/or executive leadership
• Support senior leadership business development efforts with creative industry thought leadership ideas and visual analyses
