Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, or M&A advisory.
• Strong aerospace sector exposure or related technology/industrial/services background.
• Ability to structure ambiguous client problems and drive deliverable quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of strategy, diligence, and M&A engagements with workplan development and team coordination.
• Direct multi-engagement programs, manage analysts and associates, and communicate priorities to Partners.
• Own the quality and coherence of deliverables, including executive narratives and client-ready materials.
• Lead client interactions on updates, diligence readouts, and final presentations with Partner guidance.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to practice development, tools, and training.
• Support business development and account growth through proposal prep and market insights.
