Qualifications

• Experience with SRM and portfolio growth strategies
• Ability to develop multi-year SRM pipelines and forecast with risk adjustments
• Cross-portfolio collaboration and internal alignment

Responsibilities

• Develop a multi-year SRM pipeline across aerospace and defense markets.
• Forecast risk-adjusted SRM projections with a value target exceeding 300% of revenue for the forward 2 years.
• Coordinate with product lines and operations through reviews and peer feedback.
