Job summary

Nts Unitek is seeking a Source Inspector to perform in-process and final inspections as per AS9102 Quality Standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of complex engineering drawings and possess knowledge of GD&T.

This is a full-time contract position lasting 3-6 months with potential extensions, demanding flexibility to work various shifts. An applicant must be a US Citizen and able to travel to suppliers within a 150-mile radius of Indianapolis, IN.

Qualifications

• Experience with First Article inspections per AS9102 Quality Standards.
• Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerances per ANSI/ASME Y 14.5.
• Must be able to pass a GE quiz.

Responsibilities

• Perform source inspections including First Article inspections.
• Read complex engineering drawings and specifications.
• Inspect parts GD&T.

Skills

Ability to perform in-process and final source inspections

Read and understand complex engineering drawings

Knowledge of handheld measuring tools (calipers, mics)
