Job summary

RTX is seeking an eager student for an internship/co-op in aerospace software at our Windsor Locks, CT site. You will design, develop, and test safety-critical flight control software and learn to comply with DO-178C, working with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions.

This onsite program offers hands-on experience with C and Python, IDEs and Git, and a path to broader opportunities in aerospace hardware and software.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in an applicable discipline and actively enrolled through completion of the internship / co-op session.
• Must have a minimum of 90 hours of credit by the start of the internship / co-op session.
• Displays experience using C and Python.
• Demonstrates good communications skills.
• Works well independently.
