Job summary

You will collaborate across disciplines to develop, test, and integrate complex software solutions in an agile environment.

The role requires a Master’s in STEM and experience with C++, Java, and AI-assisted tooling. On-site work is expected with a U.S.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or a similar technical degree.
• Experience designing and programming with C++, Java or other object-oriented language.
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, memory management, and multithreaded applications.
• Experience utilizing Generative AI tools or machine learning-assisted technologies to accelerate technical workflows, automate repetitive tasks, improve code quality, or optimize team delivery.
• Experience with open systems architecture (OSA) and modular design principles, including designing or developing loosely coupled software components, standardized APIs, or modular system interfaces.
• Experience identifying and resolving operational, technical, or documentation deficiencies within an engineering environment (Technical Problem Solving)

Responsibilities

• Participate in collaborative, cross-discipline integrated product teams, employ agile software development techniques and resources to develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions for aerospace and defense applications.
• Responsible for some or all of a Software product, contributing as a software team member and possibly leading a small software team.
