Job summary

Titan Dynamics Inc in Torrance, CA is seeking a software engineer to join Prometheus, the software heart of our aircraft design platform. You'll help generate manufacturable flight-ready designs, and work across our software stack to turn requirements into flying prototypes.

You will own features end-to-end, collaborate with aero, electrical, and manufacturing engineers, and contribute to open-source projects like TitanPlanner and TitanGroundControl.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping real products.
• Proficiency in Python; C++ or TypeScript experience welcomed.
• Comfort with geometry or math-heavy code and scientific computing.
• Ability to own features end-to-end: scoping, building, shipping, iterating.
• Startup mindset: pragmatic, fast, and minimal process.

Responsibilities

• Design and build core Prometheus features: design generation pipelines, performance prediction, geometry handling, and user workflows
• Integrate with technologies to receive an ATO (authority to operate)
• Contribute to open-source software like TitanPlanner and TitanGroundControl
• Build internal tooling to accelerate aircraft design, manufacturing, and flight test
• Collaborate with aero, electrical, and manufacturing engineers
