Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an experienced Recruiter in Whitewater, KS to source and place candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire roles across diverse clients. You will build a strong candidate pipeline and deliver excellent service to clients and candidates.

Responsibilities include managing ATS workflows, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and supporting branch growth. Prior staffing experience and comfort with LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter are preferred.

Qualifications

• One+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the staffing industry.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates to fill temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct hire job orders.
• Manage candidate pipelines and use ATS to track progress.
• Provide exceptional service to clients and candidates.
• Assist with business development and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate recruiting activities and events at the branch.
• Conduct candidate interviews and coach for roles.
