Job summary

The Adecco Group in Viola Township, KS is seeking a Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire and direct-hire roles across multiple clients. You will build a strong candidate pipeline, provide excellent service to clients and candidates, and help develop new business while maintaining relationships.

You will coordinate with branch teams, use ATS and job boards, and contribute to achieving branch staffing goals while upholding compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• One plus years of recruiting experience in staffing or a related field.
• Experience using ATS to enter and track candidate data and assignments.
• Knowledge of job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and others.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles across clients.
• Qualify candidates against standard requirements and conduct behavioral interviews.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines and provide coaching for interviews.
• Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
• Use ATS and other tools to monitor the selection process and document progress.
