Job summary

The Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire roles across a variety of clients. You will build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline and provide exceptional service to clients and candidates alike.

Responsibilities include screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and using ATS and job boards to fill openings quickly and accurately, while nurturing relationships for ongoing business.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruiting experience, preferably in staffing
• Experience using ATS to track candidate progress
• Familiarity with major job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter)

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire roles
• Conduct behavioral interviews and assess fit for client needs
• Manage candidate data in ATS and coordinate with hiring managers
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline and provide exceptional client service
