Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Technician for an onsite role in Pueblo, CO. You will verify inbound shipments, process receipts in NetSuite, and coordinate outbound shipments while ensuring ITAR compliance and regulatory standards.

The position requires 21+ years old, a high school diploma, and forklift operation. It offers a dynamic environment with multi-site coverage and potential travel, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
• Eligible to obtain/state and federal explosives licenses.
• 1–3 years shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required or obtainable on hire.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs; forklift use.
• Excellent receipts documentation and attention to detail.
• Strong communication with internal teams and carriers; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify incoming shipments against POs and packing lists; document in ERP/MRP (NetSuite).
• Identify discrepancies, damages, shortages, or non-conforming material and escalate.
• Coordinate with accounts payable on receipt discrepancies.
• Coordinate inbound inspection handoff to Quality Senior Receiving Technician.
• Process outbound shipments: packaging, labeling, carrier coordination, shipping docs.
• Ensure ITAR and export control compliance for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Coordinate government freight shipments per regulations.
• Support increasing outbound shipment volume across programs.
• Maintain receiving/shipping logs in AS9100 traceability standards.
• Obtain and file material documents (certificates of conformance).
• Follow hazmat handling/shipping procedures per DOT and regulations.
• Support physical inventory and cycle counting.
• Communicate receipt status and delays with Materials & Logistics Coordinator.
• Perform cross-facility duties as required.
