Qualifications

• Must be a US Person per U.S. Government and able to work with ITAR data.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of shipping and receiving experience; aerospace preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with operations and planning.
• Manage inventory: part numbers, balances, cycle counts, reports.
• Verify shipments against bills of lading, invoices, orders, etc.
• Prepare shipments with economical methods and proper packing.
• Obtain quotes from carriers and select best option by price and transit time.
• Maintain shipping and delivery logs and respond to inquiries.
