Hanwha Aerospace USA is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to manage daily shipping, receiving, and inventory activities at our Glastonbury, CT facility. You will guide the department’s day-to-day work, prioritize tasks, and help ensure safe and accurate material movement.

The role requires ITAR awareness and strong communication with internal teams. Responsibilities include coordinating inbound/outbound shipments, inventory maintenance, carrier selection, and record keeping.

Formación

• US Person required for ITAR data handling.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of shipping and receiving experience; aerospace experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with operations and planning.
• Maintain inventory: part numbers, balances, cycle counts, reports.
• Verify shipments against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
• Prepare shipments and select cost-effective handling and packing.
• Compare carrier quotes for best price, transit time, and performance history.
• Maintain shipping and delivery logs and respond to inquiries.
• Operate forklift or hand truck to move shipments as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
