Job summary

AeroFlow Technologies is seeking a Shipping and Receiving employee in Poway, CA to support our aerospace manufacturing operations. The role focuses on accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of goods while maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced setting.

The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will interact with carriers and internal teams, ensuring documentation accuracy and efficient logistics

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2 years in shipping and receiving.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify incoming shipments against packing slips, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Unload, label, and store incoming materials in designated locations.
• Notify appropriate personnel of discrepancies or damages.
• Prepare, pack, and label products for shipment according to customer specifications and shipping guidelines.
• Create shipping documentation, including bills of lading and shipping labels.
• Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments and receipts in the inventory management system.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts to ensure accuracy and report variances.
• Ensure all outgoing and incoming products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Report and address any non-conformance issues promptly.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and procedures.
