Job summary

AeroFlow Technologies in Poway, CA is seeking a Shipping and Receiving employee to support our manufacturing team. You will verify incoming shipments, prepare orders, and maintain accurate records to ensure timely delivery and quality control.

This role requires strong organization, attention to details, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications include HS diploma or GED, 2 years in manufacturing and shipping/receiving, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 2 years manufacturing experience and 2 years shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify incoming shipments against packing slips, PO and invoices.
• Unload, label, and store incoming materials in designated locations.
• Notify appropriate personnel of discrepancies or damages.
• Prepare, pack, and label products for shipment per customer specs.
• Create shipping documentation including bills of lading and labels.
• Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely/deliveries.
• Maintain accurate shipment/receipts records in inventory system.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts and report variances.
• Ensure outgoing/incoming products meet quality standards.
• Address non-conformance issues promptly.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment.
