Job summary

Custom Control Sensors, LLC (CCS) is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for the Phoenix, AZ facility. This full-time, non-exempt role handles inbound and outbound material, ensures accurate receipts, packing, and shipping, and maintains proper documentation to support inventory accuracy and on-time customer deliveries.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in shipping/receiving, a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification or ability to obtain it, and familiarity with MRP systems, and

Qualifications

• Must be a US Person as defined by ITAR.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two or more years of shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Willingness and ability to perform both receiving and shipping work and to move between them as the business requires.
• Experience with MRP receiving and shipping transactions.
• Forklift certification required or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to read and interpret purchase orders, packing slips, engineering drawings, and revision levels.
• Working knowledge of ITAR and EAR export documentation requirements preferred.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO 9001 environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Excel, email, and handheld scanning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Unload, verify, and receive inbound material against the purchase order and packing slip.
• Enter receipts in the MRP system on the day material arrives.
• Route material to inspection, stock, or requesting department.
• Document and verify certifications and documentation with material.
