Job summary

Component Repair Technologies, Inc. in Mentor, OH seeks a Shipping and Receiving associate to handle inbound shipments, inspect and document parts, and prepare them for the repair process.

You will also manage outbound shipments with careful packaging and documentation, ensuring safety and accuracy in a climate-controlled facility. The role offers hands-on training and growth as responsibilities expand with skill development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in shipping, receiving or warehouse environment.
• Experience using overhead cranes, pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Exposure to domestic and international shipping of parts.
• Ability to follow directions and read work instructions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean 3-year driving record.

Responsibilities

• Receive all incoming parts, sign receipts, review work scope and document accurately.
• Unpack, inspect and report discrepancies or damage on inbound parts.
• Verify part numbers, serial numbers and manifest for accuracy.
• Prepare paperwork and files for next processing step.
• Move parts and documentation between operations and warehouses.
• Package outbound parts and conduct final quality checks per instructions.
• Take digital photos documenting condition of inbound and outbound parts.
