Job summary

Component Repair Technologies, Inc. (CRT) in Mentor, OH, is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to manage inbound shipments and prepare repaired turbine engine components for outbound shipping in a climate-controlled, modern facility.

You will verify part numbers, document shipments, operate forklifts and cranes, and ensure compliance with safety procedures, with training provided through CRT's programs and opportunities for growth across the aerospace MRO operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in shipping, receiving or warehouse capacity.
• Overhead cranes, pallet jacks, forklifts/lift trucks experience.
• Exposure to domestic and/or international shipping of parts.
• Ability to follow directions and read work instructions.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (past 3 years).
• Motor Vehicle Record Check required upon offer and annually thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols and company safety policies.
• Receive inbound parts, sign receipts, review documentation and work scope.
• Unpack and inspect inbound parts; report discrepancies or damage.
• Verify part numbers, serial numbers, and manifest for accuracy.
• Prepare paperwork and documentation for next-step processing.
• Move parts and documentation to next operation or storage area.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts and cranes to move parts.
• Review outbound documentation and package parts per instructions; ensure quality control.
• Take digital photos documenting condition of parts on inbound and outbound processing.
• Interact professionally with multiple departments.
