Job summary

Component Repair Technologies, Inc. (CRT) in Mentor, OH is seeking a Dock Shipper/Receiver for the 2nd shift, Mon-Fri. The role handles inbound/outbound turbine engine components, ensuring proper inspection, packaging, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in shipping, receiving or warehouse.
• Experience using overhead cranes and forklifts/pallet jacks.
• Exposure to domestic and/or international shipping of parts.
• Ability to follow directions and read work instructions.
• Valid driver's license with clear 3-year driving record.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols and company policies.
• Receive incoming parts, sign receipts, review work scope, document accurately.
• Unpack and inspect inbound parts; report discrepancies or damage.
• Verify part numbers, serial numbers, and manifest for accuracy.
• Prepare paperwork and documentation folder for next step processing.
• Move parts and documentation to the next operation or warehouse area.
• Operate pallet jacks, skids, overhead cranes and forklifts.
• Package outbound parts per instructions and ensure quality control.
• Take digital photos documenting condition for inbound/outbound parts.
• Interact professionally with multiple departments.
