Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; 2-4 years experience in a fast-paced setting.
• 2-5 years related experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Experience with titanium, stainless steel and other aerospace alloys is highly desired.
• Strong process and systems analysis with metrics and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files, answering telephone, mail and website inquiries, manage appointments and calendars and process paperwork using computers and computer systems.
• Arrange for delivery or distribution of supplies or parts to expedite flow of materials and meet production schedules.
• Check receivables to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that materials meet specifications.
• Compare suppliers' bills with bids and purchase orders to verify accuracy; maintain current knowledge of policies and procedures and applicable regulations.
• Evaluate information to determine compliance with standards, regulations and laws.
• Make decisions and solve problems — analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution.
• Inspect and operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Complete employee safety training and participate in the safety committee.
