Job summary

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Shipping & Receiving Team Member to support daily inbound and outbound material flow at the Auburn Hills, MI facility.

You will verify receipts against POs, route materials, and ensure accurate documentation in a fast-paced aerospace/defense environment. The role collaborates with Supply Chain, Quality, Production, Engineering, and Program teams, performing ERP/MRP transactions and maintaining traceability while upholding safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years experience in shipping/receiving/logistics.
• US Citizenship; ability to obtain security clearance may be required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience with Costpoint and ERP/MRP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inbound receiving and material routing to production.
• Execute ERP/MRP transactions accurately.
• Maintain lot/serial information and supporting documentation.
• Prepare packing lists and export documents as needed.
• Coordinate carrier pickups and shipments with the Plant Operations Supervisor.
• Support safety, 6S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
