Job summary

HEICO Aerospace is hiring for a full-time Shipping & Receiving associate in Mount Juliet, TN. You will pull parts from stock, prepare items for FAA inspection, and scan parts into our shipping software. You will label and package shipments, handle hazmat certification, and ensure compliance with safety policies.

The role requires reliable commuting to Mount Juliet and the ability to support a fast-paced aerospace environment with accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Previous shipping experience preferred.
• Ability to commute to Mount Juliet, TN.

Responsibilities

• Pull parts from stock for shipment using Picking Lists and Scan Gun.
• Prepare parts for FAA Inspection.
• Scan certified parts into third-party shipping software.
• Package and label parts for shipment.
• Load completed shipments into outside Dropbox.
• Receive and maintain HAZMAT certification.
• Maintain compliance with all safety policies and PPE.
• Coordinate with Packaging section on pending parts.
• Other duties as assigned.
