Job summary

HEICO Aerospace, Mount Juliet, TN, seeks a full-time shipping associate to pull parts from stock, prepare for FAA inspections, and manage labeling and packaging for shipments. You will scan parts, use third‑party shipping software, and maintain HazMat certifications.

Applicants should have a HS diploma or GED, be able to relocate to Mount Juliet, and adhere to safety policies while coordinating with the Packaging section on pending parts.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with shipping processes and packing.
• Ability to use a scan gun and picking lists.
• Relocation to Mount Juliet, TN is required.

Responsibilities

• Pull parts from stock for shipment using Picking Lists and Scan Gun
• Prepare parts for FAA Inspection
• Scan certified parts into our third-party shipping software
• Package and label parts for shipment
• Load completed shipments into our outside Dropbox
• Receive and Maintain HAZMAT certification
• Maintain compliance of all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of applicable PPE.
• Coordinate with Packaging section on pending parts
• Other duties as assigned
