Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely perform assembly and fitting of parts and structures; drill and rivet; ensure assembly meets requirements.
• Rivet structural members using provided tools and fixtures.
• Read work orders/blueprints and follow procedures for hole patterns and adhesives.
• Check for defective assemblies before final inspection.
• Instruct team members on blueprints and orders; support problem resolution.
• Maintain logs and records (MIR, DMTs, PCOs).
• Align parts with jigs and fixtures; form complex angles per specs.
• Perform repairs per DMT/MRR/PCO to ensure conformity.
• Keep a neat workspace; follow 5S/Lean and PPE rules.
